The work
I use to draw since I was a child. Maybe it is a way to try to understand the world, to capture what I see and what I'm not able to realize. Not yet, at least.
Artist's biography
Mary Cinque (1979) attended painting and contemporary art courses at the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples and in Milan. In 2006 she spent 3 months between Philadelphia and New York as au pair girl and assisted Jennifer Blazina art professor at Drexel University. in 2010 attended the workshop "Capturing the elusive here" leading by Isidro Blasco at AreaOdeon. Her work "From A to B" was displayed in the exhibition "Eruption" atWhite box gallery in New York. Her work "011Titled#08" was displayed at 54* Venice Art Biennal.
