Hoxton, London, UK
The best place existed in London that attracted people from all walks of life, all ages, different nationalities, etc. It didn't matter what you looked like, how you dressed, where you were from. Everyone was welcomed and I haven't found anywhere like that since it's closed. The image was taken when I had my photo exhibition, "Think On", and this image still brings me lots of happy memories.
Born in Saitama, Japan, in 1970s. Began taking photographs at a young age but first had an exhibition at the Foundry in 2005. Started with a camera but moved on to exploring the use of mobile phone to take photographs, then moved on a smart phone as the technology changed. Loves cats, photography, Shonen Knife, noodles & life.
